Service Agreements

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 14, 2026. Standard terms, project scopes, payment expectations, and liabilities for Mashoor Me services.

1. General Overview

Welcome to Mashoor Me. These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with our agency for web design, Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization, local SEO, and Meta Ads management. By hiring us, signing a project handshake, or making a deposit, you agree to these operational rules.

2. Web Development Terms

Project Scope & Extras:

Each pricing plan details set features. Additional pages, custom designs, booking systems, or payment portals will be charged extra. Every design package includes 1-year hosting/domain registration (for .com/.in) and free SSL.

Managed Hosting Details:

Managed hosting means we host your site on our optimized hosting servers. Client does not receive direct panel (cPanel/hPanel) access unless explicitly upgraded to a dedicated hosting account.

Content Provision & Timelines:

The client is responsible for providing text descriptions, logos, and images. Content creation (copywriting, professional photos) is billed separately. Delays in content submission will extend timeline delivery estimates.

Payments & Design Ownership:

A minimum 50% advance deposit is required to start work. The remaining balance is due prior to the live website launch. Upon full payment receipt, the client receives absolute ownership rights to the frontend site design.

Hosting Renewals & Liability:

Hosting and domain registries are valid for exactly 1 year. Failure to pay renewal fees before expiration will take the website offline. Mashoor Me is not liable for third-party hosting service downtime.

3. Google My Business (GMB) & Local SEO

Profile Creation & Timelines:

Google Business Profile creation and optimization take 2 to 5 hours after receiving complete business details. Google verification timelines, postal code pin delivery, and verification reviews are beyond our control.

GMB Phone Number Update Issues:

Processing number changes takes 15 to 25 working days. Client must provide valid documents (GST certificate, Udyam Registration, or Website domain matching the name). If Google rejects updates due to business policy violations, Mashoor Me holds no liability.

Suspensions & Organic Rankings:

We design and verify profiles following strict GMB Guidelines. However, Google retains full rights to suspend profiles. Reinstatement success depends entirely on Google's support reviews. We do not guarantee a specific organic ranking spot on Google Maps.

4. Meta Ads & Lead Generation

Campaign Timeline:

Ads take 24-48 hours to pass through Meta's automated approval process and go live. Campaign optimization and stable lead patterns are established over a 30-day run.

Lead Quality vs Sales Closing:

We bring targeted, real leads looking for your service. Closing deals and converting leads into paying clients depends on your business's sales followup and pricing strategies.

Meta Platform Ad Spend:

All ad spend fees (paid directly to Meta for impressions) are separate from our campaign management service fees. Management fees are paid to Mashoor Me; platform spend is paid directly to Facebook.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mashoor Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, lost leads, GMB suspensions, or low ad ROI. Clients agree that our maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for that specific campaign.
